Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

• Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday, with the exception of public US holidays.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered, or the duration selected based on chosen courier.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we have plans to expand into international markets in 2024.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

• We do not assume responsibility for packages that are lost, held, or damaged during transit.
• Once the carrier scans your package, we relinquish responsibility for any potential loss or theft. We kindly request that you initiate a missing package claim directly with the post office or carrier.
